Returns & Replacement Policy

Refunds or exchanges can be made only if the product is unopened, unexpired and undamaged. We can not accept lenses that are returned in an unsaleable condition. That means that the lenses have to be unopened, sealed and unexpired. They need to be in the original packaging and in hygiene seals. Also the products needs to be complete in the box delivered including the contact lenses case. Returns need to be done within 14 days.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to appear.
  3. Get in touch with your bank, since processing a refund can take a while.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us.

Any transportation costs for (international) returns must be paid by customer.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
